*to continue your journey toward Certification as a Focusing Professional with The International Focusing Institute.
Part 2 is about deepening into the Focusing and Listening process by looking more at the role of the Companion.
A companion to ourselves, others and the world around us. We learn lead-ins and more advanced listening techniques. We have a whole class devoted to exploring how neuroscience enhances our Focusing skills. We'll deepen our body awareness with Felt Sense Body Cards. Wherever your process is now, this course nurtures your next step. Our ability to hold paradox and to be larger than our emotions or challenges gets stronger. Our understanding of what it is like to stand on the edge of something new gains clarity.
The structure of the class for Part 2 is very similar to Part 1. We continue our emphasis on Empowered Focuser, Relaxed Companion and on deepening our understanding of this state of being we call Presence from which all the rest of Focusing unfolds.
We anticipate two offerings for 2025.
All require a Prerequisite equivalent to: Creating Space for Lasting Change Part 1

Where do I start...sensing tears of joy of how amazed I am. How open I truly am as a person, how much love I have for all creation. I feel it with me now in my throat.
I never wanted to read, now I can't get enough of it. Instead of reacting I practice pausing and the listening which brings me peace and happiness. I realize when people are upset that it's an inner struggle going on in them. I feel more accepting, open, joyful and so much more.
